Shipping

Your print will be shipped using first class shipping.  All first class shipping is free and takes 1-3 days to ship after your order has been fulfilled! You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Your print will be delivered in a rigid flat mailer and will be protected with backing board and acid-free packaging.  Extra care and expense has been considered to ensure your prints arrive safely.  At this time we are only able to ship to US addresses, including APO.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.  Please note APO addresses will require extra shipping time depending on location.

Refund Policy

We do not receive returns. The cost and time to return our product is not economical for our customers or the earth.  We do offer refunds, however, for incorrect items, damaged prints, or printing/customization errors.  Any custom prints, correctly printed, are non-refundable

You should expect to receive your refund approximately after two weeks: the time it takes us to process your request once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
